Founder & CEO

Bio:

As the Founder and CEO of Zycus, Aatish Dedhia is the driving force behind the industry’s pioneering Agentic AI procurement platform — taking enterprises Beyond S2P to Intake to Outcomes.

Aatish’s vision — that procurement’s job is delivering outcomes, not processing transactions — has been consistently validated by Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.

Under his leadership, Zycus built the Merlin Agentic Platform: where AI agents deliver, tools execute, and the suite governsl. Today, Merlin Intake serves as the AI Control Tower for procurement requests, ANA (Autonomous Negotiation Agent) autonomously negotiates tail spend and contract renewals, and Merlin Agentic Sourcing turns a vague cost question into an RFP-ready strategy — all built on a proven, organically developed S2P foundation.

Shekhar Varma

President

Bio:

Shekhar, President at Zycus, has been instrumental in Zycus’ growth, doubling its engineering strength and expanding its product portfolio with innovations like the P2P suite. Under his leadership, Zycus achieved brand leadership in Source-to-Pay and launched impactful solutions, including Merlin (Al) and the Zycus AppStore. Shekhar has led multiple transformations, including a UI overhaul through Project Dew Drops, and spearheaded e-Signature solutions. With over 37 years of experience in high-growth organizations and startups, he holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Chiranjib Guha

Chief Customer Officer for EMEA-APAC region and Chief of Cloud Operations

Bio:

Chiranjib has been crucial to Zycus’ success, leading transformations in cloud strategy and rapid value delivery across Professional Services, Customer Success, Cloud Operations, and AI-driven Big Data analytics. He pioneered Zycus’ BOLT Delivery model, an agile framework for rapid value alignment with customer procurement goals. Under his leadership, Zycus launched its unique Integrated-Solution-as-a-Service (iSaaS), combining Cloud Middleware and ERP Adaptor strategies. Before Zycus, he led HRMS, Payroll, and Taxation solutions for state entities in India and China. Chiranjib holds a master’s in Computer Applications and a bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance.

Amit Shah

Chief Marketing Officer and Head Global BD

Bio:

Amit, CMO and Head of Global BD at Zycus, brings 18 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, and business management. He oversees global marketing, demand generation, sales operations, bid desk, and sales enablement. Before Zycus, Amit served as Managing Director at OakNorth in London, supporting enterprise engagements across the US, Europe, and Australasia. He holds an MBA from IIM Mumbai, a B.E. from REC Surathkal, and completed a strategic marketing program at Stanford. Recognized as a 40under40 by Reputation Today, he also served on the advisory board of SPJIMR and FICCI’s Fintech committee.

Richard Waugh

Vice President – Corporate Development

Bio:

Richard, VP of Corporate Development at Zycus, drives strategic initiatives in new product introductions, market development, thought leadership, and partnerships. With a rich background in B2B eCommerce, he helped launch GE’s Trading Process Network, the first online sourcing marketplace, in the 1990s. A co-founder of B2eMarkets and former industry analyst at Aberdeen Group, Richard has been instrumental in advancing P2P innovations for global clients. He holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP).

Kerry Ormond

Vice President - Professional Services

Bio:

Kerry, VP of Professional Services at Zycus, leads customer implementation across North America and drives global process alignment to enhance Zycus’ value-driven services. With over 20 years of experience, he has built and led professional services teams for large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple SaaS organizations in Supply Chain Management and Procure-to-Pay. Kerry holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor’s in Operations Management from Miami University.

Ron Pascuzzi

Chief Customer Officer, North America

Bio:

Ron leads Zycus’ customer operations across the Americas—bringing together Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support to ensure that enterprises realize measurable outcomes from Zycus’ Deep Value Procurement AI solutions. His team focuses on accelerating adoption, simplifying the customer experience, and building executive alignment so organizations achieve value quickly and confidently.

With 25+ years of leadership in software operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and consulting, Ron’s approach blends transformation strategy with hands‑on execution across complex, multi‑stakeholder programs. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Western Michigan University.

Sanjoo Dhywershetty

Associate Vice President – Finance

Bio:

Sanjoo Dhywershetty is a seasoned finance leader with over 22 years of experience in corporate finance, global accounting, taxation, compliance, business partnering, and strategic financial management. As an Associate Vice President – Finance at Zycus, he leads finance operations across multiple international jurisdictions, driving financial governance, operational excellence, and business transformation in a dynamic global technology environment.

An MBA in Finance, Sanjoo combines strong technical expertise with strategic business insight to deliver value-driven financial solutions. He has extensive experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, improve governance, and support sustainable business growth.

Pavithra Bopanna

Vice President – Human Capital Management

Pavithra leads Zycus’ Human Capital Management function, driving the organization’s people strategy across talent acquisition, employee experience, leadership development, performance, rewards, and organizational effectiveness.

She partners closely with business leaders to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.

With over two decades of experience in Human Resources across technology and global organizations, Pavithra has successfully led large-scale people transformations, organizational design, talent management, culture initiatives, and strategic workforce planning. Passionate about aligning people strategy with business outcomes, she champions AI-enabled HR practices and leadership development to create meaningful employee experiences while accelerating organizational growth. She holds a Bachelor’s and Masters degree from Mangalore University
