PRINCETON, NJ – DECEMBER 19, 2018 – Zycus, a leading global provider of comprehensive and end-to-end Source-to-Pay software suite has announced that a data management and analytics organization has entered into a 3-year agreement with Zycus for its Contract Lifecycle Management solution suite and will soon begin implementation.

The organization has more than 100 offices globally that focus on data center infrastructure and artificial intelligence driven analytics.

The organization wanted to upgrade their contract management process and automate CLM. Currently, the creation of contracts, authorizing and attaching it to purchase requisitions to validate the expenditure was a manual process. As a part of this deal, the organization has licensed Zycus’ Contract Management and Request management solutions.

During the evaluation, Zycus was differentiated from other stand-alone contract management technology providers because of seamless integration with Zycus’ Request Management platform. It provides request specific form creation and hierarchal workflow approvals enabling users to collaborate easily with different departments for all procurement requests. The solution is perfectly aligned with the organization’s business goals.
