When you get the right people aligned with the right processes, you can create both short term and long term value for the company, with or without Technology. “

I couldn’t agree more with Philips. Getting the right persons for the job is paramount to the success of any procurement project. Technology acts as an enabler that helps the persons to execute the plan better.
